The Go Getter

At M&L Electrical, Inc, we look for energetic team members with a can-do attitude and a teachable spirit. Our team understands they are only as strong as the individuals working around them and strive to not only better themselves, but to awaken the potential of other team members around them. A team assembled with the qualities above combined with a shared purpose is what M&L Electrical has determined to be our recipe for success.

Bedrock Foundation

The ingredients that wire us for success.

HUMBLE
We must not think less of ourselves but think about ourselves less. Be confident and take pride in your work, but don’t be the arrogant person that no one wants to be around.

HIGH-MOTORED
We must keep a high level of positive energy and determination in everything that we do. Run like you’re in 2nd place.

HUNGRY
We must keep a sustainable commitment of doing a job greatly and going above and beyond when it is truly necessary. Do more, learn more, be more. Stay Hungry!

DO WHAT IT TAKES MINDSET
we will not always love everything that we must do, but all things that we do MATTER. Complaining about it will not get it done. We must be willing to do whatever it takes within the boundaries of our core values. Roll your sleeves up, don’t complain about it.

OPENNESS TO LEARN
We must always possess a teachable spirit. If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.

SPIRIT OF GRATITUDE
We must always keep an attitude of gratitude. It is easy to criticize and spread negativity, but it takes strength and effort to be positive and grateful every day. Put forth the extra effort and positively change someone’s life.
